Hello, and welcome to the new Deltones.com!
I’ve a feeling we’re not in Delaware anymore!
Just kidding, we’re totally still in Delaware. And all you need to do to find us is follow the yellow brick road (or just the paths across the green) to come see the Deltones’ fall concert, Deltones of Oz! So put on your ruby (or silver) slippers, avoid any flying monkeys, and ease on down the road (whoops, wrong show) to Mitchell Hall at 8pm on Saturday, November 14th for the show that will make you say "There’s no place like tones!" Tickets are only $1! It doesn’t require a brain to figure out that’s a great deal, so have a heart and brave the crowds to come see the group behind the curtain. Click on the flyer below for the Facebook event page with more details.
And so it begins...
The world just got 7 times better. Why is that, you ask? Because we have an incredible seven pretty and important NEWTONES! They’re the best of the best, they’re the cream of the crop, they’re A-number-1, (and my personal favorite:) they are each individual glitterbombs of glory. (I know you’re gonna use that saying as soon as you can.) We are so excited for Paul, Maddy, Dana, Kira, Josh, Ali, and Ben to join our family as we journey forth into the unknown (the new semester, that is).
Audition for the Deltones!
Do your roommates often get annoyed with your constant singing? Do you feel the need to break out in song at random times? You are not alone. Both of these things are not just tolerated, but encouraged when you audition for the Deltones! We are a very close-knit group of friends who love to sing, and who would also love to have you join in the fun! Please see our facebook event (linked to the flyer below) for more information on how you can be a part of the University of Delaware’s premier co-ed a cappella group!
We have updated our appearance and functionality, and hopefully we have enhanced the overall user experience. Our goal isn’t just to make good music, it’s to make access to that good music easy!
Anyway, we’ve been working hard to get into the 21st century, and are very proud to be able to say that we have made it! We are sad to see our old website go (I’m tearing up just thinking about it), but it was time, and we are very fortunate to have such a smart, handsome, talented, and skilled alumni who was able to make this new website a reality! So please, enjoy!
